Product Introduction
High density PVC foam board is a high-performance panel made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, processed by foaming technology to form a dense closed-cell structure. It integrates the advantages of lightweight, high strength, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and easy processing, and is widely used in architectural decoration, advertising production, furniture manufacturing, bathroom renovation, outdoor engineering and industrial auxiliary parts. Unlike ordinary low-density PVC foam boards that are brittle and easy to deform, high density PVC foam board has a compact internal structure, high density (0.5-0.8g/cm³), and excellent load-bearing capacity, while its weight is only 1/3 of that of wood and 1/5 of that of cement board, greatly reducing transportation and installation costs. The closed-cell structure makes it completely waterproof and moisture-proof-no water absorption even in humid environments such as bathrooms and basements, and it will not rot, mold or deform, ensuring a long service life. It also has strong chemical corrosion resistance, resisting acids, alkalis, oils and common chemical reagents, suitable for harsh industrial and outdoor scenarios. The surface of the board is smooth and flat, easy to bond, paint, print and laminate, and can be processed with common tools such as saws, drills and routers without cracking or chipping. Additionally, it has good sound insulation and thermal insulation performance, and is non-toxic, flame-retardant (up to B1 grade), meeting safety and environmental protection standards for indoor and outdoor use.
