Transparent Anti Static Acrylic Sheet is a clear PMMA sheet with an anti-static surface treatment designed to reduce static charge accumulation on the material surface. It combines transparent visibility with static-control properties for equipment panels, protective covers and other fabricated components where electrical performance is part of the material specification.
The sheet is supplied in standard or customized dimensions and can be processed into finished parts according to the requirements of the equipment or assembly.

Standard sheets are protected with PE film or kraft paper and packed on wooden pallets. For fabricated panels, packaging can be arranged according to the finished dimensions and machined features to protect edges, holes and cutouts during handling and transportation.

Q:1. Is the anti-static treatment applied to one side or both sides?
A:The treatment configuration depends on the selected grade. The required treated face or faces should be specified when ordering. Protective film on both sides does not mean that both surfaces have an anti-static treatment.
Q:2. Can the treated sheet be cut or drilled?
A:Cutting and drilling can be considered for fabricated parts, but the effect of machining on the treated surface should be reviewed according to the required electrical performance. For critical applications, confirm the finished part requirements before bulk fabrication.
Q:3. How long does the anti-static performance last?
A:Service life depends on the treatment, operating environment, cleaning and surface wear. For a defined service-life requirement, request grade-specific durability information rather than relying on a general lifespan statement.
Q:4. How should the treated surface be cleaned?
A: Use the cleaning method recommended for the supplied grade and avoid abrasive materials that may damage the treated surface. Cleaner and disinfectant compatibility should be checked before repeated use.
Q:5. Does the sheet make a complete enclosure ESD-compliant?
A: No. The finished assembly must be assessed as a system, including panel installation, grounding where required and other components. A sheet specification alone does not establish equipment compliance.
